France PROQCIMA

French Ministry of the Armed Forces programme for sovereign universal quantum computers. The France 2030 page says framework agreements were notified on 5 March 2024 to five startups — Alice & Bob, C12, Pasqal, Quandela, and Quobly — with a ceiling of €500 million over at least ten years, supported by France 2030. The same page says a 22 May 2026 acceleration raised the 2032 goal from 128 logical qubits to 1,000 logical qubits and doubled the annual budget. Those figures are the programme page’s own statement, not an independent audit.
