Tal David
Quantum Art’s team page lists Dr. Tal David as CEO and co-founder. It says he was formerly head of the Israel National Quantum Initiative and a senior executive at the Israel Ministry of Defense, and that he holds a PhD in quantum physics on ultra-cold atoms. The page also says he was a group leader in quantum sensing at Israel Aerospace Industries.
