SEEQC’s about page lists Oleg Mukhanov, PhD, as chief science officer and says he worked there prior to founding SEEQC. It says he has more than 30 years in superconducting electronics and, at Hypres, initiated rapid single-flux-quantum circuit work he co-invented as a PhD student.
