Silicon Quantum Computing’s about page lists Professor Michelle Simmons as founder and CEO. It calls her a physicist and materials scientist known for atomic electronics, and says that over 25 years she developed a process for manufacturing in silicon at atomic scale, including what the page calls the first single-atom transistor and the first integrated circuit made with atomic precision.
