QC Ware’s team page lists KJ Sham as co-founder and COO. It says he holds an MBA and a PhD in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota and an M.Eng in EECS from MIT. The page says he oversees day-to-day operations and the Quantum Services, Q2B, and Promethium units, and that he previously co-founded and exited startups in medical devices and consumer products.
