Joe Fitzsimons

Horizon Quantum’s company page lists Dr. Joe Fitzsimons as chief executive officer. It says he founded the company in 2018 after leaving a tenured post at the Singapore University of Technology and Design, to build software infrastructure for practical quantum computing. The same page says operations began in Singapore in 2019 and that a Dublin office opened in 2023.
