Jin Xianmin
TuringQ’s about page lists Jin Xianmin (金贤敏) as founder and CEO. It calls him a Changjiang Scholar and a distinguished professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and says he directs the Institute of Light Science and Technology, the Integrated Quantum Information Technology Research Center (IQIT), and the Wuxi Photonic Chip Institute (CHIPX). The company introduction says he founded the effort after returning to China in 2014.
