QuantumCT opened a 4,500-square-foot headquarters and incubator at 101 College Street in New Haven. Its NSF Regional Innovation Engine has received $15 million and is eligible for up to $160 million over 10 years, and it plans a 30,000-square-foot lab facility; a Phase 3 quantum-sensing pilot RFP with UConn and Yale launches October 16.
